Give an example of how "non climate change" is forced on anyone. No one is advocating for laws that would force anyone to produce more carbon but there are plenty of laws being proposed and already on the books forcing people to produce less carbon.

Just a slight clarification, no one produces carbon (law of conservation of mass), humans can only convert it from one form to another and there are other natural processes that also convert carbon in one form to another form.

Last I saw no one was proposing laws or penalties against those who advocate AGW.  It seems that only one side wants to suppress dissent.  Seems kind of fascist to me.

A lot do, and then there are folks who say that climate change is happening, but stead fastly refuse to admit that Humanity maybe perhaps to blame. They will point to volcanoes and such, and say look at them, there's your culprit right there. Scientists are either all corrupt, or just brainwashed, and that we should listen to the scientists that have major links to the fossil fuel industry.
