These lames here are setting off fireworks and I don't see them stopping till somewhere around mid-October.

Nope, he is just a sergeant, and I hope he lets me off early, I have to pack everything.

Most cities have ordinances against setting off fireworks before the 4th of July. I know here, you are only legally allowed to light fireworks between like 6pm on the 4th til 1am on the 5th, and the same applies for New Years.
