haha... I went to see him Friday. I'm getting impatient. I think everyone but me has been approved. On Kengumbo's chart, that's how it looks anyhow.

Don't base everything off charts V... each officer at USCIS works at a different pace. Your time is soon to come... Don't fret.

He's a Feb filer. He just takes all the information that people have put into their timelines and puts it in a spreadsheet. And now, apparently, on the CSC site, they aren't reporting dates for K-1/K-3, but it's showing up on NSC site. We are all worried that we've been transferred...yet again. If that is the case, I think it'll mean delays for those of us who should be receiving approval anytime now. Maybe for those behind us, it will mean it'll be quicker.

I have never heard of CSC transferring a K1 to anywhere else... Seriously don't fret.... When I filed, it was in the tail end of the IMBRA fiasco... some people had been waiting upwards of 10 months or more... That is not the case anymore. Speculation will kill you. Try not to.

I know. I was doing ok, but now my worries are financial. That's why I was hoping for a quick approval. It only takes a month to get the packet from Mexico. If I could get the approval pretty quickly, there'd be some hope to be able to file AOS before the fees go up.

But it's true about the processing times. I don't know if anything has been transferred or not, but all k-1 and k-3 are showing on the NSC site. Even from Vermont.
