Just a pinch between the cheek and gum, and you'll be satisfying that nicotine addiction just like a cigarette! Start off with something light, like Skoal cherry-flavored tobacco! The only trick to using this tobacco is not to spit in your own eye. You will know if do it!

Yes, I do. On long flights, I just have a few drinks and sleep. Since I know I can't smoke, I just put it out of my mind. Self control works everytime. Mind over matter....

For some reason, I got on this James Brown kick today. I remember being a young boy, I wanted big boots like him and my hair to slick back like his! I was too young for drugs at that time to use as an excuse!
