Talked to my wife last night and she has been given a pink slip saying "congratulations the CO is satisfied but requires addition admin processing" She said the CO told her congratulations I am very Satisfied and you are approved! Your visa will take 30 to 60 days or even less.

I am very happy but will really celebrate when she has her visa in hand!

At least your CO treated your wife much better than how the CO treated my wife back in the days of her interview. We didn't get the visa right away we were kept on admin review for a total of six weeks.
