You can't buy it here in the States. It's the only alcohol that was not reinstated after prohibition. But you can bring 1 bottle in with you to the States. When I go back to Ukraine, if you're serious, I'll grab one for you and send it up to you! I'll even include the instructions to prevent any property from getting stolen from you! ;) Since my fiancee' will be with me, we'll be able to bring 2 bottles back. I've got about 1/3 of a bottle left from last year. I've made a drink with it for my friends and they were afraid to try a 2nd drink because the 1st one hit them right away with a buzz! My bad experience from that stuff, I had 4 that night. So it gives you an idea of why what had happened did happen to me.

I appreciate that Joe, but I will have to wait til I get out of the military til I try it.

Perhaps we could do a trade. I'll bring you a bottle of snake wine from Thailand. ;)

Cool! I plan on many trips to Ukraine in the future. Plus, I know people who go there often. Absinth is easily accesible. ;) How much longer do you have to go on your enlistment?

I'd definitely open to trying the snake wine! I will not be afraid. I will simply say, "Get behind me Satan!"
