Believe it or not stacey I get quite a bit. I worked in CID (detectives) for a while but got bored with it. So i went back out on the road. I will be getting tazed in july  and I'm dreading it, the guys that have been through it say words cant describe how much that hurts.

Yeah matt it's a good career. The department I work for is the highest paid in the state. And one of the largest. The job can get stressful though, but most jobs can be.

They do that here it too- if you are going to carry it, you have to experience it.

I can't even imagine what that would feel like.

Did you go through the gas chamber in basic training in the USMC? Boy that sucked a big one!

Sure did, then again in the police academy  Getting pepper-sprayed was even worse. It lasted for about 30 minutes. It's best described as a ciggy being jammed in both eyes. But i heard getting tazed is worse.

Yep, bummer. But it goes with the territory.

Since it is kind of on the topic:

What is the worst pain you have experienced so far?

I got one! When i was 19, I went home on leave before being transferred to Korea, and i was underage drinking at this party ;) , and the cops crashed it, so i ran out the back, and jumped over this fence. I slipped down into a ditch and impaled myself on one of those steel construction spikes. It went in about 3 inches into my armpit. I got up and kept running. I was so drunk, I barely felt it. I had to go to the ER, and i was there all night, but i didnt get arrested!
