I know this is a fun thread and I'm reluctant to weigh in here and comment, but I am going to have to. My purple hat is on and here we go...

If a thread is made invisible it is normally a joint decision, VERY rarely is it a single mod deciding it. Threads are normally made invisible to protect certain members' feelings, not to hide anything. You were aware of the problems in the other thread yesterday, it served no purpose but to upset members and get people angry, hence it's invisibility. To leave it visible is akin to putting members in the stocks having cabbages thrown at them and have hundreds of people cheering the cabbage throwers on.

Mods have to make these decisions and not every one is going to agree. So, if you have a personal problem with locked threads (or certain mods) please ask a valid question in the site related discussion area, or ask for further information via PM.

I don't know who you think needs to cover their behind, but it is not me. Please stop with the passive agressive discussion about the mod team.

Until you read the words MOD TEAM, please do not take it to heart. Your name was not brought up, so respectfully dont jump to conclusions. I was extremely upset yesterday, I, me, and yes, I have feelings. But why would anyone care about my feelings when the focus is on the finger pointing you THINK and accused me of doing in " discussing" in a " passive aggressive" manner. There was no discussing. Its a sentence. I am asking you nicely to please stop monitoring me and recording every word and /or keystroke. There is far worse being said in OT, just have a look into that.

Lastly, I could have opted to take this into a PM, however, you did not, so why should I? IF ever I have a 'problem ' in the future, I will take it to Ewok. It is apparent you would be of no help.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Holy goiter! I just noticed that I'm now a senior member.

March 7, 2005: I-129F NOA1

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008
