I've been reading a lot of information across the web and I was simply looking for the bare minimum to contain in the initial filing...besides the I-129F form...and what is the best practice to include (but is not specifically required), like the beneficiary's birth certificate?

I just don't want to make the mistake of filing too much in the initial package...like proof of income, etc. or is this best to include?

Anyone care to help a brother out?

She's in Russia. if that helps.

Thanks in advance.

Hi the proof of income is only necessary at the time of the interview.

I would share my cover letter

*G-1145 e-Notification

*Form I-129F plus part 8 Additional information (2) pages

*Form G-325A AND 2 Passport Style photographs(Petitioner) They said isn't require anymore but you never know

*Form G-325A and 2 Passport Style Photographs(Beneficiary) same isn't require anymore but you never know Photos are necessary for both petitioner and beneficiary

*Evidence of my US Citizenship(birth certificate, passport all pages of your passport or certificate of naturalization or certificate of citizenship whatever you have)

*Letters certifying intent of marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)  Both signed is a must

*Proof of having met in person in the past two (2) years ( I include Itinerarys, airplane tickets, passport stamps, receipts, photos, bank statements, and even a lease for an apartment because I live with him)

*Proof of ongoing relationship ( I only include a few screenshots of messages from fb and whatsapp, because we live together for the whole relation)

*Petitioner and Beneficiary Birth Certificates( I include this one because one lady told me that her petitioner was asked to send a copy of her birth certificate with translation, so I include both mine and His, because I didn't born in Us I born in Colombia.

And that's pretty much what I have.
