Questions about AOS application

Hey guys, can you please help with some questions?

1. It can be paid in WU money order, right?

Should it be one payment, or two - for biometrics and I-485?

2. I am planning on sending all the paperwork tomorrow and my I-693 (medical exam) expires tomorrow. Do you think I can get an RFE because of that?

3. We waited too long to apply, so I already have a 3-year bar. If I apply and later my husband withdraws his Affidavit of support, will the bar be waived? Or 3 years will be left?

1) Yes you can use WU money order, send as one total fee, you don't need separate money orders.

2)Not sure if that will be ok or not, it says within one year but I'm guessing when they get it. I'm guessing you will get an RFE for an updated medical exam.

3)I'm confused about a 3-year bar, and is your marriage not working, why would you think he would withdraw his affidavit?

Can you fill out your timeline, this helps.

1. They can send max $500 in money order - that’s what I was told in WU. USPS can send max $1000 though. Still that were 3 money orders. 1000 and 125 for AOS, and 85 for biometrics. You think they’re gonna accept those?

3. Yeah not really working as well as we expected but I thought when I’m more independent and have my own life, we’ll be able to make it work. Not sure my husband wants it though.

also, when did you guys hear back from them? I know for sure they received my paperwork on Monday and I attached this e-notification form, but no one emailed/texted. I’m afraid I messed something up. What if it went to wrong address? People confuse my 1 for 7 sometimes.
