I have noticed on my USCIS online check that my case is at the National Benefits center. Trouble is when I try to find out the processing times for my AOS, the National benefit center does not process AOS so no processing time is listed!!! My case has a receipt date of Nov 2005 and the NBC is now processing cases at around Sept- Dec 2006. How can I find out the processing times related to my case? Any information would be appreciated :) I am having one of those " this is driving me nuts" kind of days !!!!!!

Thanks. Britchick

Ultimately it will be sent to your local office or to CSC. You can check those for processing times. Good luck

Britchick - processing times are a moot point when you are in the situation we are in. They could care less if we are years beyond whatever the current processing times. You can follow along with your local office I485 listing, but again, does not really matter.

Sophia - you cannot follow along with CSC processing dates unless you are employment based. Well, you can, but it means nothing for family based!

Agreed with lal_brandow. Processing times mean sweet-FA in this process. Don't even bother looking at them. If you want a good idea of how long things take, the timelines data on this site is way more accurate.
