My son previously received his U.S. citizenship/passport. What further action is needed other than reporting him along with his mom on the l129 visa form?  Also, he was diagnosed having cerebral palsy which brings priority for us to bring him here to the US for treatment which we were unable to get in his home country, the Philippines. Will this possibly be considered as a priority case or what if anything can I do to help expedite our petition. Greatly appreciate any help or suggestions to this matter.  Thank you!

You can bring your son to the USA at anytime since he is your son. You can try to expedite the petition by saying that there is a hardship for your son. They may say that he can come at any time or they may expedite your fiance case.
