i founded a new love which we are compatible and we really love each and plan to leave together soon, she want to file a new petition for me, hope the previous petition which is under review will not create any problem for new one we are planning to do?

You are not being very clear. Are you married or not? If you are married now she can not file for a K1, you will need a CR1. If you are not married yet she can file a new K1 for you.

 

Before you can file anything again you will need to cancel the old K1 petition. You should have done that when you parted ways. I hope for you they will not look at it suspiciously, but I'm afraid they will. If you are from a high fraud country you might be in for a rough time. Make sure you have plenty of proof that your relationship and/or marriage is real. Things that prove you have spent time together in person. Plane tickets, marriage certificate, pictures together ect.

thank you...we haven't married yet, but i mail a letter to uscis office in California for notification of withdrawal of petition file on my behalf and sent copy of the letter mail to uscis to her e-mail as notification of action taken by me.

I believe if you let a year go by its considered abandoned, I've seen here on the forums people saying there should be 2 years between them.

Are you a USC or you were petitioned on I-129f? 

 

A beneficiary can't withdraw a petition, only the petitioner (USC) can do that.

You sure? I've seen somewhere the beneficiary being advised to send a letter to the service center that the relationship ended and the wish to abandon the proces. If the petitioner can't or won't withdraw the petition how is the beneficiary ever able to start a new proces?
