Do I have to provide information about how our engagement?  I mean we are doing all this k1 visa to get married, in us when he comes, and he will bring a ring, and we are bf and gf we ove each other, but  we just decided to get marry, but we don't have nothing like engagement proof like when or where? we just decided this because that way we can be together for always,  so what should I do? we should actually  get a date of when he proposed me? I mean he never did it lol, It was my idea to get the finance visa k1 in order to be together, I don't know if u guys understand and I think that's what most of people getting the k1 visa do, they just do the k1 finance visa because they want to be together like I do, but we never actually thing of marry each other so soon, we did it in order to be together, because he is my bf and I dont want to be apart from him, but that's the main reason of we marrying each other, so we live in the same country in the same home and be together, I specially would never marry someone because I don't like those types of things, like nobody dictate me how much I love a person from a simple piece of paper, BUT DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE DATES EXACTLY WHEN HE PROPOSED ME TO MARRY HIM?

No you don't.

Thy may ask in the interview how he proposed,

or do your families know about the engagement, and you two each will right a letter of intent to marry.

but you can answer that as we decided to get married.

by the way deciding to get married is engagement. Basically you are "engaged to marry". Ring is just a marketing strategy.

so you're going to marry when he comes here in 90 days! You're engaged congratulations!

Oh okay so, what if in the interview they ask him how  we decided to get married? what we should said?because we want to be together? and  how he proposed to me?  he would say: I told him to marry me so we can be together in Usa and then he say Hi buy her a engagement ring ? It this looking okay? or people will see it as bad? or I can just said we get engaged on this day and that's it, I mean I dont really know how this works because obviously I didn't want to get marry  like never lol, But I do want to be with my bf for ever, I jut dont understand if someone actually would thing oh i will proposed to someone from another country then make papers just to marry someone? I mean then If I would want to marry someone I will do it at the time of visit him and that's it, but  like I just want my bf with me I would do the finance visa k1 because that's the only way of we being together, Or I'm just being to detailed? and just said we engaged in his country and we love to much and we want to be together thats why.

Now if you told him "marry me, so we can be together" and he said "yes". This means you proposed to him... and that's the end of story

but if you say marry me so you can live in US. That is obviously not a genuine marriage but a way to get visa. Which will get rejected if they think it's not genuine. Now I understand you want to be with him. And he wants to be with you. But this means you guys are getting married and you will have the financial responsibility of him for at least two years ( when you get married and adjust his status).

You just need to know that you do have to get married in 90 days after he enters the country with k1 visa. Or he goes back.

You guys get divorce, he goes back.

So so as long as you two are serious, I don't see a problem. Of course it's my personal opinion.

Yes we already live together  for like 1 year so we are obviously kind of married, but that's what I want to know because I'm very honest, and I do want to be married with him if that's what they think is the  "legal proof" of someones love.

You are right! It doesn't prove anything! There are so many fraud cases and even fake marriages. So having an engagement ceremony or a ring is not the thing. But they may still ask. And he can tell his and your point of view. Just say you proposed, cause you did. And explain it that way.

Good luck 😊
