Okay so if we compare the 3 embassies (Tunisia/marroco/Algeria) which one is the hardest? I don’t know but all I seen in Tunisia reviews was approvals I saw just one case denied

They may get their visa approved on the US side and get their NOA2 but I'd say a majority k1 don't get approved at consulate. I can link you to the numbers if you don't believe me.
