Look,  realistically - No, I have no job as we speak. I have been in a Relationship now with a girl from the U.K., for roughly over a year. I came back from Puerto Rico in August of last year, I had gone there to study, and my father asked me to come back. It's a bit later that I ended up getting into a Relationship with her, but I knew her before that as it is. I came back, and my dad told me I didn't have to work, even when I wanted to, he just asked that I take care of the house, dogs, and took him and my mom, wherever they needed, kind of thing. I want to go into detail so you can understand my situation, sorry. Anyways, things were fine for a while, and then came 2017. My dad was a truck driver you see, he normally made roughly over 40k each year, I think that in 2016 he made somewhere around 35-45k, I forget the exact numbers. Sometime in February, he had a stroke, and then another one about two months after. He originally had one about five years ago that left him paralyzed from his left side about a year. With the two he's currently had, he can hardly walk, let alone talk. You ask why I don't have a job? I take my dad to his appointments, and look after him, he can't really do much on his own. He gets up and needs help with walking, it's how things are nowadays. In regards to my mother, she didn't have a Job, but she recently did start working. Things aren't exactly bad for us, and I do manage to make some money online from selling Game accounts. The reason my mother took so long to get a Job after his Strokes was that she had to handle a lot of filing for his disability, which did get approved, and I had to take her to most of the appointments, and what not regarding it. My question is, say I get a Job now, and My mother has a Job, and I've told you about my father's situation. Do I have a shot at this? It's not been the best year for me, it honestly hasn't. All I can say is I really want for my Girlfriend to be here, we plan to get married, and I just want to move forward with my future. So if there's any help for this or general knowledge of what I can do, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance, and sorry about the long post.

Yes, London accepts a joint sponsor. It's also one of the few embassies that lets the beneficiary self-sponsor (if they have sufficient assets).

Income requirements: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Most embassies go by the 100% level for a K-1, but some go by the 125% level.

For AOS (after entering on a K-1 visa and marrying), it's the 125% level.

Remember with a K-1 visa that your girlfriend won't be able to work until about 3 months after you marry and she has filed for adjustment of status and been approved for her EAD (employment authorization). Given the dire financial situation you are in, with no job, is this really a good idea? It might be best to marry first and then file a petition for a spousal visa. Your then-wife would be able to work immediately on that path. Looks like that might not be a bad idea. How were you going to support two people with no job?
