We filed on February 22nd and got an RFE on March 10th. So it would have only been 17 days to approval if we sent proof of relationship between my wife and her son.

Agreed with verwen.  The standard processing time to receive the approval for I-130 through DCF at USCIS, US Embassy Manila is within 30 days or the shortest are weeks.

Hi Ladygaga24, that is their generic response to most of the applicants who underwent the IR1/CR1 DCF processing.

Thank you for contacting USCIS Manila. Your I-130 petition is currently lined up for review. Please note our adjudication process takes 30 to 90 days upon receipt. You will be notified in writing as soon as final determination is completed.

Though we received our notice of approval at exactly  one  (1) month from the time of filing the I-130 form at USCIS, US EMBASSY MANILA.   You are now in the waiting stage so we encourage you to be more patient.  :)

You may want to check the video we prepared to help and encourage others undergoing the same process we underwent.  God bless.

Hope this helps.
