05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

05/19/2007 Packet 4 in the mail: ja ja ja interview letter

intrebare: tu esti in Romania acum? de ce nu ati facut DCF in germania?????

Dap sunt in Romania. Nu am facut DCF in Germania pt ca la momentul respectiv eu nu vroiam sa merg in State si nici el nu vroia. Vroiam sa ne mutam in Romania, ceea ce am si facut numai ca nu a mers pentru ca el nu si-a gasit de munca nefiind vorbitor de lb. romana. Eu m-am oferit sa-l intretin :lol: dar n-a vrut ...asa ca acum trebuie sa trecem prin tot procesul asta cand ar fi fost atat de simplu prin DCF

Ma intreb cat o sa dureze.... Chiar in seara asta m-am certat cu Robert din cauza asta. Se pare ca incepem sa avem probleme. Nu stiu, parca s-a distantat de mine..e ft ciudat. Si l-am intrebat ce e cu el..la care mi-a raspuns "maybe we shouldn't be doing this anymore"... Evident ca adio somn si iata-ma la 6 dimineata cu ochii in calculator...

Chiar ma intrebam cand o sa inceapa problemele..mai bine taceam naibii :crying:

Suzana, acum ca niciodata trebuie sa fiti uniti si sa evitati sa va certati. Multe relatii s-au stricat datorita procesului si distantei. E mult stres la mijloc. Incercati sa va intelegeti unul pe altul.

Daca te duci la My Assistant / Find similar timelines o sa gasesti persoane care au trecut sau trec prin acelasi proces ca tine si poti sa vezi aproximativ cam cat dureaza.

Sa auzim numai de bine

Am cautat similar timelines si nu am gasit decat una care e pending la fel ca mine.. eh asta e.

Eu stiu ca trebuie sa fim uniti si sa nu ne certam, dar daca ar intelege si el lucrul asta ar fi minunat. Deocamdata situatia nu e deloc roz...e ft posibil ca intreg procesul asta sa fie in final degeaba. E trist ca prelucrarea unei vize si implicit distanta poate face asa ceva dintr-o relatie.. O sa vedem..

Iti multumesc mult pt incurajare ;)

Ce faci, ti-ai gasit servici?te-ai adaptat "locului"?

SuzanaP, cred ca insusi procesul asta de asteptare "testeaza" relatia, daca e una solida sau nu pina la urma.....tin minte ca si eu am avut asa o perioada ca ma indoiam ca voi primi viza si voi ajunge vreodata aici, am avut multe certuri din cauza "nesigurantei" mele, noroc ca sotul a fost rabdator si m-a inteles...dar eu am asteptat vreo 3 ani cu totul, si am mai avut si citiva ani ianinte un esec la ambasada angliei ca am "indraznit" sa cer o viza si am fost facuta cu "ou si cu otet".....si totusi a trecut acum sint aici, in procesul de ridicare a conditiei, dar acum nu prea imi pasa...mi-au trecut emotiile.....

Nu dispera, o sa ajungi si la ambasada!

Ai dreptate! Intreg procesul este stresant, dar am ajuns la conluzia ca daca ma enervez mai rau e, asa ca m-am linistit. Pot sa spun ca si lucrurile intre mine si sotul au revenit la normal, am discutat si ne-am dat seama ca nu mai are rost sa ne certam pe niste lucruri care chiar nu sunt la alegerea noastra. Eu de la bun inceput eram aproape sigura ca intreg procesul o sa dureze cel mult 2 luni si am fost dezamagita cand am vazut cat este de asteptat de fapt. Tin minte cand mi-am luat Student Visa pentru State acum cativa ani a durat vreo saptamana :blink: .
