Hello, I was wondering if anyone could possibly give me some advice. Me and my fiancé met in 2016 in America, after I originally went there to be the maid of honor on my friends wedding. We hit it off but after I returned back to Sweden we didn't talk for a while. Both agreed the timing wasn't right back then, things were going on in our lives and I then decided to come back to visit my friends again this September. Both of us were in contact a few days ago before my arrival and talked about how we missed eachother and around two weeks after he came to pick me up so we could hang out. I told him how I still felt which was mutual. Me and my fiancé's feelings never went away and now the timing is right and we both couldn't be happier how it all is working out. We will be filling for an adjustment status and what we are wondering is what needs to be included with the I-130? I went here with the visa waiver if that is to any help answering the question, no plans whatsoever to be staying but now I want to only be with my future husband and start our lives together.

Thank you in advance

You say future husband but mention adjusting your status. Are you married now? Are you still in the US? You cannot adjust your status if you are only engaged or if you have gone back to Sweden. If you are still here, you can get married and adjust your status if you think that 2-3 weeks is enough to know you want to marry this person. Its a huge commitment to make in such a quick time period. You could always go back home and file K1 too.
