If am filing for an adjustment of status three marriage is there a cheap way to do it? Does any one knows about the concurring filing process?

No cheap way. The fees are what they are. If you want to get a green card you just have to pay.

 

Btw, I am assuming you meant, "If am filing for an adjustment of status through marriage"

What do you mean a cheap way? AOS from a k1 is 1,225 dollars. You don't get to argue the fees. You pay what USCIS tells you to. Their are no ways around those fees.

Yeah that’s what am talking about but there’s a way to file for your adjustment of status while filing your I-485, I-131 , I-765 together with your I-130 that what I want to know about.

Yes, they can be filed together if you do AOS. You just pay the one time fee of $1225

$535 total for the I-130/I-130A

$1225 total for the I-485/I-864/I-765/I-131

So i can mail every thing off in the envolope with the filing fee or check of $1760 an that would be completed is there any added infortmation like a cover letter of what’s in the envolope? How do you prepare that package to be sent off?

They can all be sent together.

 

I suggest 2 separate checks, as I laid out above: $535 for one and $1225 for the other. It's possible for the I-130 packet to be accepted but the I-485 to be rejected due to a filing issue.

 

A cover letter is suggested, as noted in the first guide linked above.
