for nov 2017 bullatin, in the uscis website https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo which chart are they referring to in For Family-Sponsored Filings: and For Employment-Based Preference Filings:

 

Current Month’s Adjustment of Status Filing Charts

For Family-Sponsored Filings:
You must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for November 2017.

For Employment-Based Preference Filings:
You must use the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for November 2017.

I am F2A, outside of the country which chart should i be looking at? my pd is jan 2016

Please i am at the nvc stage and about to submit document to nvc. Please on the affidavit of support should ma wife use her maiden name which is on her tax return paper or ma name(husband) on the affidavit of support?

 

Also what are petitioner civil document on the checklist required from ma wife(permanent resident)?

 

yosur swift response would mostly be appreciated.

The Interview is scheduled for the embassy and it depends on the visa bulletin and his priority date. We received an email from NVC on Jun 22, 2017, regarding his process . His case was completed on September 1, 2017. 

Mom and Son how are you I am really sad because my PD mi Juanary  26 and havent got my interview date at the moment wich is your PD did you get the interview letter already.   For the december bulletin de cutt date will be february 1 because  in other groups many people got the interviews but sudamericans countries dont have.

Did you get your interview in other groups many people got their interviews with our january PD

 Hi, l have not received an interview date yet. I started calling NVC since last Thursday but no news yet. I realized people from India and Vietnam have been receiving their interview dates. As soon as l receive good news l will post an update.
