Hey there,  I need a little help! just want to confirm my question below,

My case status: Awaiting interview

I have been offered a job, but my EAD & AP card hasn't arrived yet havant heard anything about my EAD or AP card just that my case status changed online in September to "ready to be schedule for interview".  I desperately need this job as we are in such financial problems right now and my husband salary isn't even covering anything more, very bad times!

I know I could Expedite my case under "Severe Financial Loss"

Would I be approved is my question? if what information would need to provide other than my job offer letter?

Could they deny my Expedite?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you can try to expedite it with a job offer letter.. it takes a while though and in no means is it 'send in paperwork today and have the EAD tomorrow' it takes a few weeks and based on your timeline, if you sent in your EAD in may, you should have had it by now.  but all you can do is get the job offer letter and show financial hardship and try.

Thank  you so much for your reply,  I am just waiting for my job letter to be given to me.  Then going to do through the process.  Not sure if to call to expedite or make an infopass.   What other documents should get?  (Sorry you may not know, but I’m not sure if I should send in bank statements, credit card statements etc)
