OP, the items I lined out in the post above are not needed for an I-130 submission.  As for evidence of a bona fide marriage, focus on evidence of time spent together in person, that is your strongest evidence.  A couple living apart in separate countries will not be required or expected to have joint accounts or joint ownership in anything so if you don't have such items, don't give it another thought.  Lastly, forget the letters from friends or family, those carry little to zero weight in the overall evaluation of a file.

Ryan is correct, but I wish to point out that the question itself indicates the poster has not carefully studied the I-130 instructions where those answers are found.  Doing so will be critical to their ultimate success.  Without study of the instructions, one does not have any idea what they don't know, so don't know what they need to have clarified.

Additionally I would point out that the I-130 should be completed by the petitioner, not the beneficiary. OP, in a previous post you mentioned you are the beneficiary. Are both of you using the same account here or are you doing the I-130? If so, is there any reason your husband isn't doing it? It's all about his information, after all.

Who does the work of completing the forms in PDF on a computer is not the issue.  The issue is whether the petitioner and beneficiary information is properly segregated and who signs the I-130.

Agree with pushbrk. I completed the forms for my petition (I am the planner and organizer in my marriage) and I ensured that my husband signed the I130 and we both signed the biographical forms respectively. The key to ours was we both read the instructions carefully and we also consulted YouTube which helped me identify a major error and was able to correct before submission. Following the instructions is key.
