Ahhhhh I see! Then I understood wrong above. Because I thought it might be like you said.
But I've read about more hassle and more waiting time and costs, so I was wondering where that comes from if you file after.

If you marry within the 90 days of entry on a K-1, then there's no added paperwork or costs (unless the medical expires before you file). There is the risk of being caught for being in the country illegally after the 90 days but before you file.

If you marry after the 90 days, then you have to go through the same AOS process as any other spouse of a USC within the US, which means concurrently filing an I-130 and I-485, which has added costs.

Wouldn't their marriage be accepted if it's on last day? Even if you get the marriage cert later, it would still tell the correct date?

Yes, it should be. However, as you noted, it's just crazy risky as anything could happen on that day (or by the people who record it using the next business day or something stupid...).

Hello guys finally after more than 2 years I can answer all your response from my question and I really appreciated all the advice , anyways I just want to let you know that I’m still here in the USA  living with my fiancé to husband . Yes we get married on the 90th day of October 27,2017 at the same day they released our marriage certificate.. the only problem that I got that time I can’t get a social security because my I- 94 or port of entry when I entered the USA been expired already so some of you are right everything will be kinda complicated and its gonna takes time to process all the paperwork. So april 2019 we hire a same immigration lawyer to process my paperwork for AOS,SSS,WORK PERMIT ETC ., so we spent atleast almost $5,000.00 plus for medical xray $350 out of pocket plus $150 for injection from Walgreens I forgot the name the reason why it was so expensive because I don’t have insurance my husband can’t put me on his insurance without SSS so everything was delayed, by june 24,2019 is my biometrics then september  I got my SSS & WORK PERMIT plus parole  only good for 1 year.. so now I’m still waiting for my GC I believe by January or February is my green card interview. Okay here’s the reason why my fiancé decided to marry me on the last day because we have a lot of fights for 3 months he is being suspicious and paranoid and he don’t trust me at all everything I have right now i earned it ,finally last march 2019 he started buying me a stuff which is I needed it like clothes and shoes for winter and summer something that important, and finally after more than 2 years I have my own number now here in the USA  he gave me a phone .. so far we are trying to work out this relationship because we have a child. I’m not working I’m just staying at home . And one thing I don’t have any access to our financial yes he bought me stuff but that’s all about it He never hand me a money I want to work but he doesn’t want to, like I said everything I have right now I have to earn it my life is easy here because my husband is a generous guy and I understand why he is doing this things . Thank you guys for the advices.

Wow it took him that long to file the AOS.  Sorry you had to wait thru that. If you had checked back before now you would have learned that you didn't need a SSN to be on his insurance.  Not to mention that anytime before day 75 you could have gotten a SSN.

That is all done now.   Hopefully you will have a better life now.
