When I open the CEAC it shows the IV FEE available to be paid but when I click on it, the amount due shows $00.00 and unable to click paid.

The AOS fee has shown paid since last Tuesday. How long does it take before I can pay the IV fee?

Why does it show available to pay but doesn't allow me to pay it? Is this normal?

2nd Interview: 02/25/2019 (It was a STOKES!! I think I surprised them because I all ready had a trip planned over there to see him!!!)

Visa in hand! 08/12/2019

Arrived in US: 10/10/2019

10 year green card: 11/08/2019

It happened with me too. Don't worry, it is very normal. give it a week or so, it will be available. if not then call NVC and explain the situation. Good luck !!

Did you fill in the DS261 form?  If so, call NVC for them to 'review' it.  After it has been reviewed, you should be able to pay your IV fee.

 

This is assuming you are not using an attorney.
