I am adjusting to permanent residence on tourist visa - parents denied tourist visas to attend wedding

I visited my partner (USC) on a B2 visa and long story short we decided to get married. My parents recently applied for tourist visas to attend the ceremony but were denied. They were told by the CO that it's because of my visa situation - the interview lasted all of two minutes and they were denied after the CO looked up my file. They both have been to the US many times with plenty of financial assets, and another child and grandchild at home, so on their own, they shouldn't have any issue with getting a tourist visa.

My questions are:

1. Is it worth it to apply for another tourist visa to try to attend the ceremony?

2. When my green card is approved, would they still have the same visa trouble?

3. What else can I do in future interviews to convince the CO that they will return?

1. no.  result not change with another application.  u asking CO to overrule coworker.  not going to happen if no change for ur parents

2.  yes.

3.  nothing.  u used nonimmigrant visitor visa to immigrate.  make it harder for real visitors because they may abuse like u.  way u skip k1 by using visitor visa will hurt ur family cuz US think ur family will do like u.

Not unless their situation changes and they are able to provide evidence that it has.  Applying for another tourist visa so soon after the 1st denial without anything changing in their situation will result in a 2nd denial.

Again, depends on whether or not their personal situation/proof of ties to their home country changes for their benefit.  It's a 50-50 chance.

You personally cannot do anything.  Your parents have to be approved on their own merits.  If your parents are based in a high-fraud country, their chances may be harder.  They need to show financial ties to their home country, employment ties if any,  home ownership, etc. as part of proving they will return home after their visit.  Having children/grandchildren in their home country is not seen as a tie, because many times parents leave their children to move to another country.
