Just wanted to pass on a bit of happy news.  Marvin & Janelle are pregnant!  Looks like they will be having a baby girl.  Thought some here would like to know.

   I didn't want to get off topic and speculate about members who are no longer on the forum, but I also don't want anyone trying to rewrite history here. Janelle's account was closed by moderation. Marvin left because of that and requested his account be closed.  If anyone wants more details, the thread discussing it can still be found via search in site related discussion or by looking at the last post in Marvin's profile. It would be nice if we could keep this thread on topic and leave their reasons for leaving out of it.

 

  Marv and Janelle, congratulations if you come across this thread, although I don't see a real reason that either of you would be reading this site. Still nice to know that things are going well for you both.

Folks, this thread was created to let some of our older members know that a couple is experiencing a joyous time in their lives, and worthy of celebration.  If you don’t feel like sharing in that happiness, so be it.  But let’s not drag up any unhappy history here, eh?  I often found myself on opposite sides of discussions with them over things, but I am genuinely happy that they are where they are today as human beings.  Thanks in advance!

True that. Marv is and was a very nice guy at the root of the equation, J nail also.  On several occasions we exchanged civil and warm messages on the  PM.I guess we can all get off the rails at times. I have even strayed from the middle of the road a few times
