You can also go home and divorce there. Probably be cheaper.

I know him. I went home without divorcing first,  it would take years or he might not want to sign anything at all.

What he wanted is That I go home for unknown period of time (2-3-4 years), while he deals with his career and babies his son until he goes to college, and after that maybe he'd accept me back lol.

What is this, new mail order bride return policy? Of course, I didn't want that and he said that he doesn't want to divorce yet. I didn't know what I can do about the situation so had to stay.

Now he says he'd rather divorce than sign papers.
