Potential travel issues with expired green card and during a false fraud report

Dear All,

I posted a topic on a false fraud report that my psychopath husband has submitted to USCIS, http://tinyurl.com/y7mgt34u but the post is currently disabled for further comments (because of TOS violations).

Here I would like to find out what potential issues may I face travelling to London to visit my family. Currently I have an i-751 pending (filed jointly) but I had to leave my husband and filed for divorce two weeks ago. I have an expired green card and an extension letter stating that the green card is valid for another year. Not only I am worried the expired card may be an issue, but I would not like to be questioned about leaving my husband if they can see his report (at this point they wouldn't know that it's a false report) and open a can of warms about his dangerous manipulative antisocial personality condition, grilled by officers, etc (even though I have all the proof that I am not at fault). So if I May have issues coming back, I would rather stay here in USA until a decision is made on my application.

Please only quality comments, no violations or reminders of marriage vows.

Thanks in advance.

You should be fine because your extension letter is still valid at this point in time. You just have to bring that with you and the expired green card as well.
