My fiancé was born in the U.S., lived in Canada from 2009-2017 (where we met) and recently moved back to the U.S. Question 12 in Part 1 of form I-134 is:

"I am __ years of age and have resided in the United States since (Date)"

I am pretty sure he doesn't need to fill out that question since it seems to be part of the section for those who obtained citizenship through another means than birth, but I just want to be sure since it's its own number (all other questions were 11, 11a, etc. and this is question 12.) Also, if he does need to fill out that part, does he put the date he was born, or the date her moved back to the U.S.?

That section is only for people whose citizenship was through naturalization, parents or marriage as well as those who are LPR.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
