Hello,

My Fiance and I filed our I-129F on May 30th (NOA1). She is working in Canada, i'm working here in the USA. We should be getting our NOA2 any day now, but she wants to quit her job there in Canada in the next couple weeks (many reasons/long story). We are just concerned that if she quits her job, will that affect our application or the visa process? I told her it shouldn't, since i'm the one sponsoring her, and I have a great job/no problem with support, and she's the one coming to be here/with me. Our only concern is that on the I-129F we listed her as employed, with her job title and employer address...and if she quits before the NOA2 or the visa process...would that be an issue? Is it an issue at all if she is not employed anymore even through the interview/etc.?

I'm sure people change jobs all the time while going through this lengthy visa process so i'm guessing not...but just curious everyone's thoughts on this?

Thanks so much!
