Petition brothers and sisters

Whats rhe fastest way for usc to bring brothers and sisters? How long it takes? Im waiting for my mothers I 130 approval pd date is 8/31/2017 at TSC. We are desperate to bring my family. They need jobs. My family is living in poverty in Dominican Republic. Is hard finding work there.

Current wait time for siblings is 12+ years

  For you to petition it will take over 15 years until they can come.  Are your sibling married ?   If so your mother will not be able to petition them until she s a US citizen  . If they are minors your mother can petition and it will take about 2 years after she comes , if they are adults and single that will take about 8 years.   Also siblings and adult children classes are in the Immigration reform  cuts that Trumps is asking for.

There are no fast ways when it comes to siblings. They are at the back of the line. For you to petition them will take almost 15 years before they receive their visa.

Thank you all of them are adults. Only 1 is married.

If they meet the education requirements, they can look for an employer to sponsor an H-1B visa. This is a visa which permits the holder to have immigrant intent.
