How did you collected proof of calls/facetime etc?

Hello!

I have a question, probably kinda odd, for members that went through the preparing process of CR1 Visa. I am curious, how did you collected all your facetime videos calls and messages as a proof of communication? I would like a complete list of those all, BUT the Iphone show only limited number of calls/imessages/facetime, and I assume ATT have only data for normal calls/text messages. I also assume that printscreen is not the way to do it too right?  
Anny suggestions?

Just printscreen a few conversations/text/call logs/emails, no need to bring every conversation you've ever had to the interview. There are other compelling pieces of evidence to bring such as flight confirmations, pictures together or with family and friends.
