@missileman @geowrian I know this is not my forum but it's kind of related to the conditional GC. I entered on a K1. I know that after receiving the 2 year conditional GC am allowed to apply for ROC 90 days before the 2 year GC ends. What I want to know is, for ROC should I count my 2 years legal presence from POE date or the start date printed on my Conditional GC ?

You were NOT a conditional resident upon entry with a K1 visa like it is with a CR1, so you count BACK 90 days from the END date of the green card, just like you stated.

As stated above, you need LPR status to start the clock, not legal presence. This is at entry on an immigrant visa (K-1 is non-immigrant) or once AOS is approved.
