I-751 Af davits sworn to or af rmed by at least two people

On the top of page 6 of the instructions for the I-751 form, it says "Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people" yada yada yada. Does this mean that this affidavit has to be done in front of a judge or just a notary public?

 

And does anyone have an example of such an affidavit?

affidavits carry very little weight.  If you choose to include them they can be signed in front of a notary.

We are sending two (along with loads of other evidence) without notary; just signed originals w/copy of ID. I agree with NikLR that affidavits hold little weight. 

 

FYI, that's what our then-lawyer also did for the I130 petition couple yrs back, and there were no RFEs.
