Hello!

I'm new to this forum, I'll explain real quick my actual situation, it's actually not complicated at all it's pretty simple, I just have a couple of questions that I'll like to make and I hope I can get answers for them.

This is is a pretty common situation I was an au pair with a j1 visa got married, and now in process of all the green card situation, my husband and me have all the forms and stuff we need, but I just want to know how I type down on form I485 where they ask if I have ever applied to uscis for work permit, and what proof I need to send about my au pair experience, do I need to send a copy of my ds2019 form?

Thank you i hope you can help me with that question!!

You will need to send your DS-2019 as well as your J-1 visa photocopy along with your I-485 application.

Hi, I have the same situation as OP, do I send in the original DS 2019, or just a copy is enough?
