Getting ready to file my wife's naturalization application and I am unsure about what to do for this:

She does have a child residing in her home country and he lives with her mother and father.  The divorce documents for Thailand do not have any stipulations regarding child support for either parent.

However, we do send money monthly to support raising her son.   What have other people done with regards to this question / situation?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

I take that to mean IF you have been ordered by a court to pay support, then send the court order so they know the amount and proof that you have complied. Your wife has no court order. She is not in violation of anything which is what they want to check out.
