After reading all the replies I am just gonna come out and say it. OP is probably going to use visitor visa to commit fraud and AOS. Just my thoughts because OP and fiancé cannot wait like the rest of persons who apply for K1 or IR1/CR1. Just the fact that they changed minds in 2 days after getting responses to K1 process.

 

OP don't do it. It is called fraud. Immigration Fraud to be exact. Based on your current situation you are unlikely to be given the visitor visa but in case you do do not commit fraud.

 

I say your best bet is to apply for K1 and have your fiancé visit you as often as possible.

In your original post you say you and your USC husband are planning to settle/live in Morocco.  

 

Perhaps you can meet his family when they come for the wedding, or just before?  They should be able to travel easily to Morocco for a visit on their US passports...or meet somewhere in the middle in a 3rd country?   You don't need to travel to the US to visit them as your only option.

@Sarasondi I tried to send you a message but you must have your settings turned off so you cant receive messages - there is a way to find others timelines from Morocco to see how fast the K1 visas are going - it's longer now. When my fiance had his interview in February it only took us 4 months from the time we filed until his interview, but it seems like it is taking a lot longer now - I know women who have been waiting for their NOA2 since May without hearing anything yet.
