Hi guys hope you all are doing well. i need urgent help about this as we are going to send our documents to nvc stage. my husband income is not enough so we try to find joint sponsor but no one was willing to do but finally we find one now the problem is joint sponsor only last year  income match with poverty guideline. his three year income do not match with poverty guideline.

Is it ok to send only joint sponsor last year tax transcripts or should we send three years tax transcripts ?

Anyone who have a case approved with only send most recent year tax transcripts ?

hihe

what's important is current income, he must list the last 3 years of taxes, but he is obligated to send the most recent one

he can send all 3 or just the last one

Thank you but i am scared i dont want RFE. i just wanted to make sure is it ok to send most recent year.

hi

yes, it's ok because the form states one can send the most recent tax

Our joint sponsor have a difference with poverty guideline like he earns $45870 last year and uscis require $46450 so can he use his bank balance to cover up this difference ?

how much money there should be in bank account. like rough estimate

Multiply the difference by 3. So three times the amount he is short is how much he'll need in assests. Keep in mind the CO had the right to not accept assests and request a different sponsor at interview... Even if it passes NVC stage.
