By the way are you here in the Philippines or in the US na? whats your case?

Still in the Philippines. Our case is F4, my Uncle petitioned for my Mom. My case is quite similar but still entirely different with yours. I turned 21 just recently but 2 months before turning 21, I have submitted all necessary documents, DS 260 and paid for all fees required to pay. We emailed NVC 2 months before turning 21 (as they have suggested) about how we can expedite our case but they haven't replied. We emailed them once more two weeks before I turn 21 and they said they don't need to expedite our case as they have completed reviewing our case and it's just waiting for an interview schedule. On September 29, exactly 2 weeks after my 21st birthday, we called the NVC to ask if they have scheduled an interview for us already and they said they did and it was set for November 16th. We received our interview letter via email and my name is still included even though I've already turned 21. We finished our medical appointment on October 5th so we decided to reschedule our interview to an earlier date for my CSPA case. They rescheduled it and set our appointment for October 24th. Our case has a priority date of July 1993 and it was approved on May 2001, which means 8 years can be deducted from my age. But still, we don't feel that much reassured that's why we asked to expedite our case and reschedule our interview. Still hoping and praying for the best though because it is always the consul officer's final call. I will update you after our interview to help you on your case! :D
