Confused 🤷🏻‍♀️
My grandfather petitioned our family year 1993 and got approved 1994 under F3 Philippines, my mother is the principal applicant. Year 2013 my grandfather died so my Auntie in the USA file to be our substitute sponsor 2014 my Auntie was approved to be our Sponsor but suddenly she died 2015 because of cancer then my other Auntie and my Uncle submit again for Humanitarian Consideration for them to be substitute sponsor.
Then April 2016 our priority date became current (PD Dec 1993) actually that time we are feeling hopeless and accept the fact that we cannot go to the US anymore. Then I checked Ceac website and I think our account is suspended because of changing the sponsor.
Then last September 2017 exactly 2nd death anniversary of my Auntie we recieved an email intructions to submit documents and ds 260. So I checked the Ceac website and our account is back and the sponsor name is already change with my Uncle's name. Then in the IV application the only name that is there was My mother, father, younger brother (10yrs old) and me I'm already 25 now. Then my 3 siblings 31,29,28yrs old are not listed in ceac website and cannot pay ds260.

So my question is this is there assurance that I can accompany them, Am I good to go?  we submitted all documents and I already submitted and completed my ds 260 and now we are just waiting for appointment interview letter. I'm just confused because I am over aged and I dont want to expect too much.

Thank you so much sorry if my story is so long. Our petition was so dramatic 😊

Nope. You aged out. Parents and 10-yr old will go and no one else qualifies.

But I'm able to pay, submit and complete my ds 260 and my name is also in the checklist. Thats why I'm confused. 😊

And they'll keep your money. But you still don't qualify. Your CSPA adjusted age is 24   which is >21.

Hi! The best thing you can do to check if you still qualify is to find out your exact approval date. I don't think your approval date is 1994 since they wouldn't have included your name if it is. So to find your exact approval date, create a USCIS account here: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (it's legit and a government website). After that, you have to enter the receipt number of your NOA1 then the date of the Last Updated Date is your approval date. If it is 4+ years from your priority date, then you still qualify. But if it really is 1994, you're gonna need a new petition set for you.

Thank you I will follow what you said. I'll be back and confirm what the approval date is. Maybe I'm just really confused 😊

Its 1994 i checked the original paper. I just wondering if I'm not applicable why Im able to submit my ds 260 and the last checklist my name is there. Until now I dont want to expect that much 😊 or maybe the retrogression year 2010?

You're right, your name is on the list due to the retrogression. But still, the final decision will only be made by the consul officer. I have read before that some has their name on the list but not on the interview letter. I think another way to check if you're going to be included in the interview letter is through logging in to the CEAC website. If your name is still there, all you have to do is wait for your interview and the consul officer's judgement. All the best for you!

If that's the case, i think you're good. Makes sense since you have submitted documents on 2011. You can read this Visa Interview Experience which i think is most likely associated with your case and they all passed. Good luck and God bless! :)
