Hi There,

I am filing for CRBA for my son in Morocco. I am born and raised in the US.

For the "Evidence of Physical of Presence" I am providing my school transcripts from 3rd grade to graduating University. I am wondering if this is sufficient evidence or if I should provide multiple forms of proof? As I know the "Burden of Proof" is on me...I want provide appropriate documentation.

I don't have medical records, and am a 1099 contractor which I believe won't be accepted with tax returns, it says W2's only (plus I'm not sure that I have the original 1099 docs...and I read that a 1040 alone won't prove physical presence in the US), I can't really track down any official old medical records. I do have an old passport that I can provide from the age of 19-28...but that does prove presence in the US before the age of 14. So are the transcripts enough?

One other question: I have my current passport and my most recent expired passport, but I did have another passport from when I was about 5...but I don't physically have that passport. I have no idea where it is, I asked my mother to look for it, but she doesn't think its around. If I simply don't present this passport, will they know it exists and would it cause any problems?

Thanks so much for any help and guidance.
