hellooo, i hope everyone is well and having a good day/night

just wanted to ask a question in regards to the Trips planned after filing the K1 petition! obviously the process takes up to 7 months now!!  are thoses trips considered by the CO during the interview ? is it possible that those trips give more proof of a solid guenuin relationship especialy if there is not enough face to face before !!

You would like to think that the consulate would be interested in seeing information at the interview, and it would be nice if they did, and considered it, but nothing is guaranteed, especially in Casablanca, as we have told you time and time again.

My fiance, at his interview, brought proof of other trips, ongoing relationship, letter from my employer explaining why I was not able to travel more or for longer times, but the consulate officer would not look at anything.

Your best option is to have many visits FIRST and frontload your application with a lot of proof from the beginning, so they are able to see EVERYTHING before. Even if you buy a ticket and submit proof in your k1 application that you have another visit planned, well, tickets are refundable for 24 hours - you could have cancelled that trip or maybe didn't go.

If you are able to spend more time together that is the key to making your visa application successful.

If you look at the statistics, K1s are only approved about 10 tims  PER MONTH in Casablanca - out of how many interviews? (My fiance had 7 others at his interview, none were given visas).

Getting married if possible (and not on the second visit) would have a better chance of success, at least 30-40 or so CR1/IR1s get approved each month.
