Hello,

I have a question regarding the exit requirements of the Philippines.

I’m a Filipino Citizen currently residing in the USA. I arrived in the USA on a H4 visa with my husband (husband is on H1B visa) and we applied for a green card via i-485 adjustment of status application via my husband's employer. Since the i-485 application is pending, I’ve been issued an EAD/AP combo card.

I'm currently working in the USA with my EAD/AP card already. I plan to travel to the Philippines alone for a short period, my husband will not be traveling with me.

As far as going back to the USA goes, I need to show my passport and EAD/AD at United States CBP. I’m clear about that.

My question is when exiting the Philippines, what documents do I need to show for exiting the Philippines? I do not understand if I need to get a OEC or a CFO registration/ERS sticker. Can someone help me with that? Any help is very much appreciated.

You will have to show your Philippines Passport along with your EAD/AP card.... which is also your Travel Document issued by the US Govt.

At what point can my wife, who just entered the US on K1, travel back and forth to Philippines?

Only after receiving her AP card(travel document). You will need to send her Employment Authorized Document (EAD) and Advance Parole (AP) application along with her Adjustment Of Status (AOS) application.
