I-864 is a required form even if your income meets the poverty guideline. So if you haven't completed the form and gathered the supporting documents such as your tax return transcripts then you better get on with it.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Did you pay the fee and send online after said fee is paid?

or send them in the mail on your own?

did you recieve a bar code cover sheet / if so that needs to be sent in with the documents in 1 mailing

in mailing items put case #, all names and DOB's in upper right hand corner of each and every document / i learned this from another member and it helps to make sure documents don't get lost

I’m wondering if this is one of those generic emails NVC sends after receiving mail.

I sent our AOS and IV together and got an email like your from NVC and called them, was told it’s an automated email, means nothing really.   Anyhow here is a thread about it - it might help you some!
