Hello, everyone! Thank you so much for those people who have already helped us so far. We thought we would be ready by now, but it is taking us quite longer than we thought... We are really close to send our I-129F, yet we have some questions that are confusing to us. (Just FYI: I am the beneficiary and my fiance is the petitioner.)

1. So our first question is "Page 1, Part 1, Item #5: If you are filing to classify your spouse as a K-3, have you filed Form I-130?" Since I am not his "spouse" (I am his "fiance"), and also we are applying for K1 visa, I know this question doesn't apply for us. But the answers they provide on I-129F is only "Yes" or "No". (I wish there was "N/A" check box). Do I leave this question blank? Or do I choose "No" even though I am not his spouse and the question says "IF you are filling to classify your 'spouse' ?"

2. My fiance has three address he lived for the past 5 years. Let's just call them as town A, town B, and town C. The current address, town A, is the same as his mailing address. So we checked "Yes" to question 8.j. Page 1.

Can he write his second address, town B, as Physical Address 1, then write the third address, town C, on Physical Address 2? Some people said they wrote the same address on Mailing address and on Physical Address1 because they think these are needed to match. So that's why we got a little confused. Please let me know what you guys did!:)

3. For the question "Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information" on Page 9, can we simply choose 5.d. because he never filed I-129F before?

4. Also my fiance uses his birth certificate as a proof to show that he is U.S. citizen. When he prints out his passport, does he need to print all the pages even though his passport is mostly blank (like no stamps)? He has one stamp on his passport and it shows that he has visited me, so we are going to print that page as well as the cover of passport and also the page where has his photo, name, and etc. Do you think  that's okay or does he still need to print ALL the pages?

5. For my passport, do I have to print out my cover (front) of passport? I print out all the pages that have stamps, visa, and my information like name and date of birth, but I didn't print out the cover (front) of passport. Do I need to?

6. When you send I-129F to USCIS, if we are using Express Mail by Post Office, we send to "USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067" ?

OR as long as I am using the post office (even though we use Express Mail), should I use "USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266" ?

We are confused because some people said that for the express mail, use the first address. But what I understand from the USCIS website (https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f) is no matter what types of mail I use, if I send it via post office, I should use the second address (P.O. Box).

Thank you so much for reading this long question!!!! We would be really thankful if you can answer our questions!  I hope my questions make sense. Please let me know if you have any questions for what I meant. Thank you so much again!

Check no.

To keep things simple, I personally would just re-enter the same address to avoid confusion. That's just me though.

3. For the question "Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information" on Page 9, can we simply choose 5.d. because he never filed I-129F before?

Yes, check 5d.

4. Also my fiance uses his birth certificate as a proof to show that he is U.S. citizen. If I'm not mistaken, all pages must be provided. Gotta check the instructions again. Lol. (ETA: Page 10 of the instructions didn't say all pages. Maybe others can confirm if it's necessary. We personally just submitted my fiance's biographical page and it was just fine. Hmm...)

5. For my passport, do I have to print out my cover (front) of passport? I print out all the pages that have stamps, visa, and my information like name and date of birth, but I didn't print out the cover (front) of passport. Do I need to?

I don't think your passport is needed. However, if you've been to the US then photocopy the pages with your US visa and I-94 stamps.

6. When you send I-129F to USCIS, if we are using Express Mail by Post Office, we send to "USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Lewisville, TX 75067" ?

If you're using some kind of express mail service and/or with signature required, send to Lewisville because it's the mailroom where someone would sign for it.

Box).
