Hello everyone I'm a bit confused on if we should send in money transfers as our evidence of our relationship or not I have heard yes and no on here so I was just trying to get a good idea as we are gathering evidence to prove a bonafide relationship now Also I read online that if a couple meets thru a third party that is considered a red flag which we already have a couple red flags would anyone think or know that to be true or not? I really appreciate any feedback I just want to provide the things that are going to help our case & to avoid red flags! Thank you in advance!

Money and money transfers after marriage are not really viewed in the same way as money transfers for visit visas.  Payments go back and forth for tickets and trips and visa fees and consolidating assets all the time.

We did it, I suspect a high percentage of couples do it too.  Part of getting everything together to set up the household.

Third party?  What kind of third party?

I sent documentation of money transfers.  I can't swear if anyone looked at them, but I don't know why people say you shouldn't.  They list it as an example of something to send to establish a bona fide relationship.

If by third party you mean a business that arranges for foreign spouse's for a fee, yes it's viewed unfavorably and rightfully so.  I would tell anyone, either as the USC or foreign spouse to spend time getting people's feedback on their experience.  It's usually an expensive mistake. Actually, I don't know of a single successful marriage through those, but many failures.

For Pakistan, if that's the only red flag, I wouldn't worry about it as there's nothing you can do to overcome it.  It is what it is.  Have brief truthful explanation ready at interview time.

Sending money to the foreigner is generally NOT evidence the foreigner is in a genuine relationship with the US Citizen.  However, it your circumstances and culture make it normal or expected to send money to your spouse, then it shouldn't hurt to include such evidence.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Pakistan is considered one of the high fraud coumtries and not a good idea

i shared income tax refund with my husband as he was on tax returns

i sent money for him to learn to drive as he had to drive here (live out in the country)  because this saved me the $85 /an hour driving lessons i would have to pay here

but i did not include these with application as i heard exactly what pushbrk is saying

Not evidence of the relationship

and some embassies consider that it means the beneficary is looking for money not real love

I'm disappointed to hear it's a high fraud embassy I'm sure that means they will give us a harder time. I've decided I'm not going to include anything like that especially since you said it's not evidence of our relationship thank you for your feedback really appreciate it we are waiting for the I 130 to be approved
