Today we received a pink paper from USCIS and I thought it was much worse then it really was but it was still bad.

It says they did not received the Affidavit of Support or my tax information AND that I did not meet the 125% income level... My reported income from last year was almost $47,000!

I efiled and only sent them an unsigned copy of the 1040EZ which I think was the problem but Monday I will be sending all the information for "my records" along with the original affidavit of support...

anyway, I'm just venting some serious anger at USCIS

Call the IRS and have them send you their official transcripts. I had to do that and I received them in the mail in about 10 days. This seemed to satisfy what they wanted to know. It's frustrating, I know, but...you have to give them what they're asking for. :)

If you send the efile version of the taxes (I did the same) you should have sent the confirmation pages as well.

You were likely RFE'd because the return wasn't signed and you didn't send the W-2 and other attachments.

Yes the w-2s were included! =)

Sending the entire information from Turbotax Monday but also requesting a transcript in case that gets us another RFE >(

Oh well, shame on me then. I was working from the assumption you sent no attachments as you stated you 'only' sent the unsigned copy of the 1040EZ.
