So my passport expiring soon. I got married 2yrs ako but haven’t reported my marriage yet. My question is, can I renew my passport using my single name? Even if in my GC and license I am using my husband’s name?

Yes, you can renew your passport no problem in your maiden name.

 

If you wanted to renew it under your married name then you have to do the ROM.

I am worried that they will not let me renew my passport using my single name because of the requirements( green card and license ID). All my requirements have my husband’s last name.

You haven't reported your marriage so you CAN'T get your passport in your married name.     The consulate asks for a copy of your green card (not DL) to verify that you are still a Philippine citizen. 

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Duly-accomplished passport application form, typed or printed legibly in black or blue ink
2. Latest passport
3. Two (2) photocopies of the photo/data page of the latest passport.
4. Proof that the applicant is not a US/Foreign citizen (Original and two [2] photocopies of any of the following: greencard, visa adjustment, notice of action, work permit)
5. Self-addressed return envelope, with appropriate stamps for express or priority mail with tracking numbers via US Postal Service, if Passport is to be mailed back. For applicants from the Caribbean Islands, pre-paid mailing envelope from DHL.
6. Passport fee of $60.00 (non-refundable), payable in cash or money order made payable to "Embassy of the Philippines" (or "Philippine Consulate General", if application is made at one of the Philippine Consulates General in the U.S.).Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted.

Thanks for the response. So it means even if I am married (not reported my marriage yet) I can still renew my passport and maintain my single name in it even if my GC last name is my married name?
