Hello all,

I am new to this site so I don't know if anyone here can enlighten me about the situation.

My parents are a Greencard holder. We are planning to go on vacation next year around July 15 2018 but their passport expires on the 8th of August 2018. Will it still be okay for them to travel to the Philippines and get their passport renewal done in Philippines?

Shouldn't be an issue, as they are Philippine citizens   .. 6 month requirement shouldn't apply.  Different if they were just "visitors".    I would check with the airlines to get their "opinion" also.. ;)
